Wildcat Construction was born from a deep-rooted love for building—and for community. After seven fulfilling years coaching football and teaching science and kinesiology in local schools, founder Travis Raciti felt a pull toward a new kind of impact: one that involved bricks, boards, and blueprints. As a licensed realtor working with clients across the East Bay, he kept hearing the same thing—questions about remodels, additions, and renovations. That’s when it clicked: “Why not team up with my dad and take this on ourselves?”

The idea wasn’t just practical—it was personal. Travis grew up spending summers on job sites with his dad, just like his dad had with his own father, Santo Raciti, a General B Contractor in Orinda. Construction runs three generations deep in the Raciti family, and Wildcat Construction carries on that legacy of craftsmanship, integrity, and service. With over 40 years of collective experience and a trusted network of local professionals, Travis and his team set out to build a company grounded in family values and quality work.

The name “Wildcat” came from an unexpected place—his kids' favorite movie at the time. One day, sitting with his wife, the name just clicked. It captured their energy, their story, and their shared dream.
